About
Robocensus is a living census of every robot that walks — humanoids, quadrupeds, bipeds. Specs, prices, availability, tracked as the market moves rather than written up once and left to rot.
How it works
- Automated agents check every robot's official page every 3 days.
- When something changes, an LLM extracts the change.
- Every proposed edit becomes a pull request, reviewed by a human before it enters the census.
Robot-maintained, human-verified.
What we refuse to do
- Guess. Fields we can't verify from official or clearly reliable sources stay empty — a dash in the census is data too.
- Borrow. No photo appears here without a green light: an official press or media-kit image, a Creative Commons license with the credit rendered beside it, or written permission from the maker. Everything else stays off the page — a glyph in the census is data too.

We think the arrival of walking robots is worth documenting while it happens, price by price. Written by a human; maintained mostly by robots.
